What are Blue Fish Entertainments prices?
Our prices start from as little as £200 per dancer but due to the fact that our shows are personally bespoke for each individual event we can only give an exact quote on receiving certain information from our clients. We do guarantee though that whatever your size or budget we will always do our utmost to bring you the highest quality of dance entertainment. If you would like a full quote please take a minute to fill in our enquiry form on our contact page putting in as many details as possible and we will endeavour to meet your aims.
Can we pick our own dancers?
We can not guarantee that any specific dancer will be available for your event, though if you have a type of look you require we are more than happy to work within your guidelines. Also because Blue Fish have such high standards for all our shows we will always make sure that we choose the best possible dancers for the type of show and theme you have chosen.
What do you recommend as ideal length of performance?
Our recommended length of performance is between 5 and 10 minutes which is the perfect amount of time to hold peoples excitement, if you were looking for something a bit longer we would recommend a 20 min themed show including a costume change which allows for greater variety. You could also add audience participation to the event where our dancers will bring a select few up to the dance floor to demonstrate before asking all your guests to join in. Can we choose our own music?
We are more than happy for you to choose your own music and would recommend you do so to get exactly what you require, alternatively we are more than happy to take care of this for you. If you do choose your own songs we would recommend choosing a variety so we can work out which of your choices go together best for your event and for our dancers. You can also choose a mix of songs, which for a small fee can be professionally edited together to create a bespoke piece of music for your event.
What is Blue Fish Entertainments payment process?
Paying Blue Fish Entertainments could not be simpler, after booking your entertainment with us we will email you an invoice with all details of payment attached as well as a list of payment options. We ask that a 25% deposit be payed on making the booking with the remainder payed 1 week prior to the event. When the money has cleared we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that the transaction has been a success.
Do you offer terms of credit?
We appreciate that sometimes our clients will need to wait for payment from their clients and we are more than happy to negotiate terms of credit with certain customers if agreed in advance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Blue Fish Entertainments offer a wide range of payment options, though the majority of our clients use BACS transfer. If you prefer you can also pay by cheque and via Pay Pal. We currently do not have the facilities to take debit card or credit card payments but this is something we are looking at currently.
Once we have booked what happens next?
Once you have booked you can then relax in the knowledge that Blue Fish are looking after your entertainment. We will put together the perfect team of dancers, source some beautiful costumes, cut and edit together the music and then allow one of our fantastic choreographers to put together the ideal show for your event.
On the day of your event our dancers will arrive with plenty of time and our dance captain for the event will liaise with you or your contact to make sure the entertainment all goes as planned, so you can rest assured that your entertainment will be a huge success.
What if I want to cancel my entertainment?
We appreciate that things sometimes change and all that we ask is that you give us as much time as you possibly can. If you cancel over 1 month prior to the event we can in most instances halt the proceedings with no monetary loss but if you cancel within 1 month prior to the event certain processes may have begun and costs will inevitably need to be payed, we will always be as honest and as helpful as we can with these inevitable costs.
Once all costs have been calculated we will either issue an invoice for additional costs incurred or pay back a proportion (up to 100% in some circumstances) of the deposit.
